The MHAMC loses a good friend

I am sad to announce that Elizabeth “Libby” Dorl, a long time MHAMC Staff,

volunteer, advocate, and most recently an MHAMC Board of Directors member,

passed away on Monday, June 1, 2015.Libby Dorl

I have known Libby since the early 90s when she was hired as a Homeless Outreach

volunteer delivering food to homeless people all over Morris County. In the early 90s,

she was also hired as one of our first Outreach Case Managers in the newly formed

Homeless Outreach program.

Her commitment to our clients was outstanding and she moved many people

from homelessness to permanent housing during her years of service.

In the past 4 years, Libby served as a volunteer on our Board of Directors and

was a key influence in developing our short term and long term strategic plan

for the agency.

We will all miss Libby and honor her memory.
